RBT 40 Hour Training Bundle

This bundle is designed to provide you with the framework and documentation in order to complete your techs' 40 hour RBT training in house. ATLAS is still perfecting our training procedure, so updates to the bundle can be obtained via google drive by emailing me at ian.vignes@atlasautismcenter.com. Not all items in the task list are listed in the New Hire Training Checklist. Additional training will be required.
 
Once purchased, please email me at ian.vignes@atlasautismcenter.com for a link to the google drive folder. Updates will be made to the drive folder quicker than the TPT bundle.

What's included:
RBT Training Log (Excel) - provides you with a digital tool for tracking which task list items have been covered, for how long, and by whom. It also tracks total hours of training (automatically).
New Hire Training Checklist (Excel) - provides you with a general 5 week plan with specific task list items listed with spaces for coverage dates / initials. It also comes with 2 competency quizzes to administer following the completion of specific sections of the training course.
General Training Guidelines (Word) - provides your assistant trainers (or trainers) with general guidelines for completing the New Hire Training Checklist.
Field Competencies (Excel) - provides you with a template for testing mastery during DTT and NET. Many tasklist items are covered in these two competencies, and they are excellent tools for administering your field competency at the end of your 40 hour course.
Post Training Survey (Word) - the BACB requires any training program to include a post training survey. This brief survey gives trainees the opportunity to provide feedback on your training program.
40 Hour Training Certificate (Word) - the BACB requires a single training document that includes the following information: name, BACB ID, signature, start and end date, total training time, name of trainer, signature of trainer, name of assistant trainer(s), and the following content statement: This training program is based on the RBT Task List (2nd ed.) and is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for RBT certification. The program is offered independent of the BACB.
NET Training Activity (Excel) - simple activity to mix verbal operants into NET play that can be administered indivdually or to a group.
RBT Exam Questions (Word) - 85 RBT exam questions copied from Blossom Children's Center, but in a printable format. The answer key can be found here.
 
REMINDERS:
 
The BACB requires that training must cover all tasks in the RBT Task List (2nd Ed.), must include at least 3 hours of ethics training, and at least 1 hour of supervision training.
The BACB may request documentation, such as attendee records or training materials to verify that all of the RBT requirements were met. Before or during an audit, if inconsistencies are found between the documentation submitted by the applicant and the responsible trainer, the trainer may be required to sign an affidavit verifying attendee records.
These materials were designed specifically for the 40 Hour Training guidelines explained in the BACB. Not all task list items are listed in the checklist, and BCBAs or trainers should make sure that all task list items are addressed during their own training courses. Other materials may be required for training purposes, including: lectures, quizzes, modeling, hands on training, role play, and research articles.
