Description: Included are several tools to help collect the necessary data for your treatment report for authorization, or to simply complete a thorough VB-MAPP assessment. The VB-MAPP Assessment Tool can be bought separately, and you can find a thorough description of that tool by following the link provided above. There are two questionnaires that parents can complete before the assessment or during, depending on how you structure your assessments. They are very useful for comparing the results of your observation and assessment. The parent interview would best be complete before the assessment, as well as the Open Ended Functional Assessment Interview.
